Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept Admedika and its partner insurance providers. Send us your insurance details on WhatsApp before your visit and we’ll check your coverage first. We also take bank transfer, cash, and credit or debit cards.
How much will my treatment cost?
We quote after an examination and X-ray, not before. A tooth that looks simple can hide a complication, and one that looks alarming is often straightforward. You’ll get a written plan and an accurate price at your first visit — not an estimate that changes later.
Can you treat a case another dentist couldn’t?
Very often, yes. With an oral & maxillofacial surgeon and a dental radiology specialist working in-house, we regularly take on cases other clinics refer out — impacted wisdom teeth, implants where there isn’t enough bone, and teeth others have said can’t be saved.
How quickly can I be seen?
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll usually reply within the hour while we’re open, 10:00 to 20:00 every day including weekends. You can send a photo of the tooth and we’ll tell you what’s likely involved before you come in.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our team treats both Indonesian and international patients, and you’re welcome to message us in either language.
